A lot of you have been asking for some simple, easy dinner ideas. I decided to share what my family ate last week to inspire you! All of my dinner recipes are or can easily be made THM compliant. I normally like to have our dinners be a THM “S” because I find that’s the easiest fuel type to work with. It’s also the fuel type that my husband and toddler are happiest eating. 🙂
This week, chicken hindquarters were on sale at a rock bottom price. I got 10 lbs for $5! Hence, all the chicken recipes. One night this week, my family ate out, the other we made simple bean burritos (forgot to add to the list!) and the other night, we had leftovers!
You’ll notice that the majority of my recipes and dinner ideas are family-friendly. They go through a picky husband and the ever-changing palette of a tot. I’m also big on the simple dinner life these days.
