Chocolate Covered Strawberry Torte
Combine all ingredients and press in the bottom of an 8-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.
Whip all ingredients together until fluffy. Spread over cooled crust.
Bring all ingredients to a swift boil. Reduce heat and let simmer, stirring constantly until the mixture is thickened. Cool. Spread on top of the filling, swirl with the chocolate filling and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
*You could also freeze this for an hour for a frozen treat
