Chop the chicken and onion and set aside.
Make a dredge by combining the Baking Blend, Mineral Salt, Baking powder and Garlic Powder.
Coat the chicken/onions in the drudge mixture and saute in a skillet with about 2 T. Olive oil. Cook until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Take chicken mixture off heat and combine the Chicken Broth, Super Sweet Blend, Mineral Salt, minced garlic, crushed red pepper.
Bring to a quick boil. Reduce heat and whisk in 1/4 t. Gluccie. Let the sauce simmer until thickened (about 5 mins).
Combine the chicken mixture with the sauce and stir well. Add whatever veggies you have on hand that are fuel compatible.
